Family Support 360 (FS360) waiver participants, caregivers, and advocates are invited to attend town hall meetings hosted by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to discuss:
– The Agency of Choice (AWC) transition. Most people who use AWC have now switched to the new vendor, Consumer Direct. Join the meeting to share your experience so far.
– The upcoming FS360 Waiver Amendment. DDD is starting the process to update the FS360 waiver! They want to hear your ideas and talk about how they can partner with you.
