Looking to the Future: Understanding the Focus of Transition

This free event is for parents who have young adults ages 13 – 21 and beyond with disabilities, to better understand the transition process.

Visit with vendors who will be available to visit throughout the day to provide information and resources.

Talk to other parents on the same journey with transition and enjoy a free lunch.
