Helping Youth & Families Navigate the Transition Process Series

South Dakota Parent Connection has partnered with South Dakota Statewide Family Engagement Center to offer an information series intended for educators who are teaching middle or high school transition-age youth who are looking to strengthen their understanding of the transition process and collaborate with fellow teachers across the state.

If that sounds like you, register now for this popular 5-part class!

In this interactive class, you will:

  • share your experiences and learn from one another,
  • review the transition process and discuss ways of engaging youth and families in planning for the future,
  • strength skills related to special education compliance in the transition area, and
