South Dakota Parent Connection has partnered with South Dakota Statewide Family Engagement Center to offer an information series intended for educators who are teaching middle or high school transition-age youth who are looking to strengthen their understanding of the transition process and collaborate with fellow teachers across the state.

In this interactive class, you will:
- share your experiences and learn from one another,
- review the transition process and discuss ways of engaging youth and families in planning for the future,
- strength skills related to special education compliance in the transition area, and
- learn more about community resources available to families so you can help them make connections as part of planning.
