Early Literacy for Providers and Families (2 Sessions)

Early Literacy for Providers and Families teaches strategies to support young children’s language and literacy skills to increase their school readiness in home and childcare environments. This unique class is a great opportunity for families and providers to strengthen partnerships and support the children in their care but may be taken individually. Participants will learn to apply evidence-based strategies in individualized ways.

This hybrid class includes a self-paced online introduction to be completed prior to the two live online sessions on Thursdays, April 25 and May 2, from 6-8pmMT/7-9pmCT. Completion of all three is required for the stipend and a certificate for 6 CEUs. Additional information and links will be emailed to each registrant before the live online class.

Intended for anyone supporting children 5 or under – unregistered providers, babysitters, and grandparents are all welcome!
