The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) supports more than 30 South Dakota health centers in their mission to provide access to high-quality, reliable, affordable health care, regardless of where they live. Private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted. These health centers provide integrated and comprehensive services, including:

  • Insurance enrollment specialists
  • Vision care
  • Translation/interpretation
