The South Dakota Birth to Three program through the South Dakota Department of Education contributes to the success of children with developmental delays and their families by providing dynamic, individualized early intervention services and supports by building on family strengths through everyday routines and learning experiences.

The South Dakota Birth to Three Early Intervention Program serves children from birth to 36 months with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.
