The Division of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) enhances and promotes the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers, at home and in their community. Dakota at Home provides home and community-based services to people age 60 and older and people with disabilities who are age 18 and older.
