Join us for this resource fair\, a free event for families from Sioux Falls and surrounding communities who have youth ages 15–21 with disabilities. \nThis event will provide information\, resources\, and connections to help families better understand the transition-to-adulthood process. Families will have the opportunity to learn from experts\, ask questions\, and visit with local organizations that support youth and adults with disabilities. \nTopics will include guardianship\, Vocational Rehabilitation services\, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits\, transition services for youth ages 15–21\, adult services available after age 21\, and ways to plan for the future.
