DESCRIPTION:South Dakota Parent Connection is happy to offer this virtual statewide support group for parents and guardians of children\, youth\, and young adults with disabilities.  \nThis group is a safe and welcoming place to learn\, share\, and connect with other families who understand your journey. \n  \nJoin this virtual resource from the comfort of your home. Each month\, we will host a one-hour support group that includes a short learning session on a helpful topic\, followed by time for open discussion and sharing with other parents. \nYou can ask questions\, learn new ideas\, and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. \nBy joining\, you will: \n\nLearn about a topic related to disabilities.\nReceive helpful ideas and resources they can use right away.\nFind support and encouragement by connecting with other parents and guardians who have similar experiences.\n\n  \nMay’s topic will be Extended School Year (ESY) and Summer Routines\nPlease register to attend this month’s virtual support group HERE. \nIf you have questions or need help registering\, please contact South Dakota Parent Connection at (605) 361-3171 or sdpc@sdparent.org. \n
