There is an increasing focus on the impact of trauma and adversity in childhood and how service systems and organizations may either help or exacerbate trauma-related issues. Many agencies and systems are beginning to revisit how they conduct their business or offer services under the framework of a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach.
When we educate on ACEs and trauma awareness, we inevitably get the question of what next? What do we do about it? This training will help to answer those questions and guide organizations as they consider implementation.
