A Book Study for Educators: Help for Billy

This book study provides educators with practical tools/strategies to help children and teenagers manage emotions in the classroom.
Learn with a community of educators as you take this 4-week book study, “Help for Billy: A Beyond Consequences Approach to Helping Challenging Children in the Classroom” by Heather T. Forbes. This book dives into the neuroscience of emotions and behaviors. Walk away with strategies to help children and teens regulate their emotions during stressful times.
Participants will need to purchase Help for Billy by Heather T. Forbes. Upon successful completion of the course, participants can submit their receipt to be reimbursed for the price of the text by contacting Tori Lange at tlange@bhssc.org.
